Where to Eat…

CHARTIER
> 5012 50 St #102, Beaumont, AB T4X 1E6
> (780) 737-3633

It’s tough to talk about the regional food scene without mentioning Chartier. This rustic, French-Canadian restaurant is widely considered to be one of the best restaurants in AB and beyond… In fact, it was recently featured on Food Network Canada’s Big Food Bucket List!

You can’t go wrong with any meal at Chartier, but weekend brunch here is a truly special experience. Our tried-and-true brunch favorite is the Eggs Donovan – two medium poached Morinville Colony eggs + smoked, slow-cooked brisket piled high on toasted house-made sourdough. This tasty dish is paired with cornichons, brown butter hollandaise, and smashed baby potatoes… C’est magnifique!
