Local Farmers, Local Food: Country Christmas Market
The summer 2022 local food tours were really well received and a lot of fun, so they are hosting two Christmas-themed tours at the end of October!
These free, drop-in tours will allow you to learn more about local food in Leduc County and pick up gifts perfect for the holiday season, including stops at Range Road Garden Farms and Sunnyhill Alpacas/Twisted Sisters Mill.
Range Road Garden Farms
If you love entertaining or gifting food items, check out Range Road Garden Farms Country Christmas Market! They have all types of jams, including fruit jams, jams made with roasted onions and peppers, wine jellies, and spicy combinations. There are also charcuterie jams, jams for toast or tea, and pots of chutneys.
- Thursday, Oct. 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday, Oct. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Sunnyhill Alpacas/Twisted Sisters Mill
Visit Sunnyhill Alpacas/Twisted Sisters Mill to see the alpacas in their natural environment, warm up by the fire pits and browse through the little country store for some unique gifts that are perfect for the holiday season.

- Friday, Oct. 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Registration and fees
These events are FREE to attend. These are drop-in events, but participants can choose to register ahead of time so farms can plan for appropriate numbers. Learn more.
