Funding Opportunities + programs
- The Tourism Sprint Program from Destination Canada is a fast-track, cost-sharing grant for short-term projects that help build exciting new tourism offerings and attract fresh investment across Canada. Local government, Indigenous group, non-profit, or tourism business, you can apply.
- The Travel Alberta Tourism Investment Program empowers communities to grow tourism revenue through Product Development, Rural Development and Promotion, and Events and Festivals.
- The Community Initiatives Program (CIP), Project-Based grant stream, supports projects that enhance and enrich communities throughout Alberta by providing assistance to non-profit organizations. Annual application deadlines: January 15, May 15, September 15
- Federal Business grants and financing options providing grants, loans, private and public sector financing and leveraging personal assets.
- The Government of Alberta is funding opportunities for projects in the areas of arts, culture, community, heritage, recreation, sport, and diversity and inclusion.
- Prairies Economic Development Canada is funding for businesses and not-for-profit organizations with projects that advance economic growth and diversity in the Prairie provinces.
- With Alberta Business Grants Ltd., you can find the right grants, prepare for your meeting, and write a winning application that will get you the most money, in the least amount of time.
