Farm to Table Dinner
Join us for a Farm to Flame Dinner with Red Seal Journeyman Chef Tyson Wright of Marrow restaurant in Camrose, & feature farmer Irvings Farm. We will be kicking off Alberta on the Plate week! Tickets on sale now. Come experience food cooked over the open fire and enjoy your meal in a 1950’s barn overlooking Whitemud creek. Sit back, relax and take in the sights and sounds of the country!
Menu: Welcome cocktail & small bite on arrival
Course one Cold smoked beef tartar with pickled shallots, fire roasted cauliflower, smoked tomato pesto, shaved parmegiano, microgreens, homemade wheat crisps.
Course 2 Spring mix of tossed greens and micro herbs with homemade goat cheese ricotta, smoked and candied pecans, champagne soaked craisons, crisp green apple, Maple balsamic dressing.
Course 3 Fire roasted pork loin stuffed with smoked gouda, roasted red pepper and popcorn cream sauce, confit fingerling potatoes, bacon, brussels sprouts tossed with pickled and grilled red onions, sweet drop peppers. Drink: glass of BC wine or local beer
Course 4 Haskap Berry pie served with fire smoke chantilly cream honey drizzle.
