Join us for a Farm to Table Dinner celebrating stone milled Alberta flour with Red Seal Journeyman Chef Rui owner of Villa Bistro & feature farmer Van Assen Farms. Enjoy your meal in a 1950’s barn overlooking Whitemud creek, and take in the sights and sounds of the country!
Welcome Cocktail on Arrival Course 1: Bread Course -Freshly made Focaccia Bread with Virgin olive oil and Modena balsamic vinegar with sliced baked French Baguette with Plum Butter, Whipped Ricotta Cheese, Honey, and Chilli Flakes.
Course 2: Appetizer Course -Short Rib Truffle Flatbread, Garlic cream sauce, Wild Mushrooms and Shallots Smoked Gouda, Asiago Chips and Truffle Oil
Course 3: Pasta Entrée -Canadian Atlantic Lobster House made Gnocchi, White Wine Rose sauce, sautéed onions, Garlic, and tomatoes with Grated Parmesan Cheese and Herb Bread Crumbs. Drink: glass of BC wine or local beer
Course 4: Dessert Platter -Churros and caramel sauce, Chocolate Brownie, Mini pancake with berry compote and whip cream
