Government of Alberta Updates
Alberta declared a state of public health emergency on Sep 16, 2021. Measures to protect the health care system, stop the spread, and increase vaccination rates are in effect.
Businesses participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program can operate as usual if they require patrons 12 and over to show proof of vaccination or a recent negative test result.
The Government of Alberta has also provided regularly updated worplace guidance documents to help businesses reopen and resume operations safely.
