Northernhawk Hops Garden grows hops and products for a variety of uses including: hops for breweries or home-brews, springtime rhizomes (roots) for plant growth, and early shoots (bines) in April-May for asparagus-type vegetables (hops-asparagus). Additionally, this garden sells summer vines with cones as decorations, fresh or dry hops at harvest, and dried hops for sleep-aiding aromatic pillows.
