When it comes to style … HALO has it all going on. Their bar atmosphere is sleek, elegant, and equipped with master bartenders ready to whip up whatever libation catches your fancy. GO-TO DRINK: HALO Perfect Manhattan
You may be remiss if you don’t try their weekly cocktail special, but there’s a reason this drink is a permanent fixture on HALO’s menu. Woodford Reserve, sweet & dry vermouth, tobacco vanilla syrup and hickory smoke infusion combine to make a truly perfect Manhattan.
Of course Chartier has a gourmet craft cocktail menu! What’s even better is that it changes seasonally, featuring syrups and shrubs made in-house. Chartier‘s bartenders experiment with spirit infusions regularly, coming up with craft creations that are perfectly balanced and pleasing to the palate. Most cocktails are even available in non-alcoholic versions!
GO-TO DRINK: Belle en Rose – Created by Dobrilla
This sweet and spice-forward cocktail is a heart warmer in the best of ways, featuring rosé mulled wine syrup, Suntory whisky, Grand Marnier, orange, and Cuma Rose.
You may know them for their delicious farm-to-fork comfort food, but did you know HomeRoom Diner makes craft cocktails too? Drawing from over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a Red Seal chef, event planner, venue manager, and instructor at NAIT + NorQuest College, you can bet that owner Manfred Kalk knows how to make a mean cocktail … Try one out for yourself!
GO-TO DRINK: The Shaft
It’s the perfect after-supper sipper – vodka, cold brew, coffee liqueur, honey and milk combine to make a cocktail worth savouring.
If you’re looking for a cocktail with a kick … Habaneros is the obvious choice! This Mexican restaurant has it all – authentic décor, tasty eats, and a kick-ass drink menu (we’re not kidding when we say it’s 8 pages of perfection). Sombreros may be optional, but having a good time is not when you visit this hidden gem on Main Street Leduc.
GO-TO DRINK: Ramón’s Revenge
This carefully-crafted masterpiece is a Mexican celebration in a cup. Espolón Reposado combines with orange juice, lime juice, jalapeños, simple syrup and tajín rimmer to make a cocktail that will leave your licking your lips for more.
Hacker’s Grill is BACK and better than ever … If you haven’t had the chance to check out the Leduc Golf Club‘s recent renovations, now’s the time! The new clubhouse is stunning, and the hospitality and atmosphere is as friendly as ever. We love their locally-sourced lineup of beverages …
GO-TO DRINK: The Mel Spice Up Your Life Caesar
Every day should be Caesar Sunday with how tasty this cocktail is – Rig Hand Vodka (choose between Garlic, Horseradish, or Dill Pickle) may be the star of the show, but add on a perfectly salted rim, pickled asparagus + Wilhauk Beef Jerky and you end up with a mighty Caesar that packs a punch in the best of ways.
The Sawmill is a local classic when it comes to fine dining options, and they have the cocktail offerings to match. Regardless if you’re pairing one of their tasty creations with a delicious steak dinner, or just making the trip out for a casual drink at their bar, you’ll definitely be impressed with the beverages found here.
GO-TO DRINK: Great Canadian
Revelstoke whiskey, lemon, maple syrup and apple cider combine to make a truly great Canadian classic – perfect as a standalone sipper, or paired with The Sawmill’s famous ribs.
It’s a relatively new addition to the Leduc Region’s dining scene, but this casual-dine Indian restaurant serves incredible food AND cocktails that will soon become a favourite! Expect customary warm hospitality, authentic ambience, and a fantastic dining experience next time you visit Xi Spices.
GO-TO DRINK: Old Fashioned
Their menu description says it all – “Amazing freshly squeezed lemon juice and rich cane sugar syrup matches with our exemplary selected bourbon to create a mind-blowing Penicillin that will leave you gob smacked.”
Of course Jonathan’s Lounge made this list – it’s the ideal spot for a casual cocktail or two! With a laid-back atmosphere and always-friendly service, you can’t go wrong with a drink after work, or a cozy night cap here.
