Event Season is upon us in the Leduc Region!
The snow is melting, and the days are getting longer—which means our favourite times of the year have arrived, Spring, and event season! Amidst a long winter, we all adapted to a virtual reality, but it is time to embrace being back face-to-face and in-person! Needless to say, we’re all ready and excited to emerge from our homes, and from behind our screens and into community. Mark your calendars for these local events happening in the next few months in the region!
Business Expo & Job Fair
Date: Saturday, April 9 & Sunday, April 10, 2022
Location: Leduc Recreation Centre, 4330 Black Gold Dr, Leduc
A 2-day event at the Leduc Rec Centre, showcasing 90+ exhibitors, and featuring “something for everyone” that attracts over 3,500 regional attendees to connect! There will be family fun including a Saturday morning pancake breakfast, free photos with the Easter Bunny, free carnival games, and face-painting!

Spring Fling Art & Fashion Show
Date: Saturday, April 9 & Sunday, April 10, 2022
Location: Leduc Recreation Centre, 4330 Black Gold Dr, Leduc
Welcome Spring by attending this art show & sale hosted by the Leduc Arts Foundry. Celebrate art & fashion in Leduc with local businesses starting at 10 am with the first fashion show at 1 pm. Tickets include the art show, one fashion show, a glass of wine and refreshments, door prizes, and raffles with proceeds going to Little Warriors and Riseup. The Leduc Arts Foundry is located inside the Leduc Recreation Centre. Use the east entrance for easy access.
Block 50 Egg-Stravaganza

Block 50 Leduc will be hosting their second annual Easter Egg-Stravaganza. Visit the animals at the Pigtopia petting zoo, try a scavenger hunt, enjoy Easter themed crafts and activities, and see a special presentation by City Life Church – all FREE! BLOCK 50 is located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Leduc.
Rolly View Easter Market
Date: Sunday, April 10, 2022
Location: Rolly View Hall, 49402 RR 234, Leduc County
Easter is almost here and what better way to celebrate than enjoying delicious eats and supporting local! The Easter Market will showcase over 30 vendors and will have something for everyone from fudge and sweets to décor and apparel. There will also be face painting by Junebug Entertainment and tons of door prizes.
Rolly View Food Trucks
Date: Wednesday, May 18 – Thursday, September 22, 2022
Location: Rolly View Hall Parking Lot, 49402 RR 234, Leduc County
There is a fantastic line-up for you in the next few months. What started out as just a simple, once-a-week food truck alternating between Mondays & Wednesdays has since EXPLODED. Starting in May through until September, there are a variety of different food trucks offering you a culinary delight and a fun picnic vibe in the Rolly View Community Hall parking lot. Remember to get there early – the food trucks often sell out before closing time!
Black Gold Pro Rodeo
Date: Friday, May 27 – Sunday, June 5, 2022
Location: Leduc Recreation Centre, 4330 Black Gold Drive, Leduc
If you’ve never been to the rodeo, you’re missing out! Professional Rodeo Performances, Trade Fair, Midway, Rodeo of Smiles, Cabaret, Live music, Black Gold Days Parade, Pancake Breakfasts and BBQ lunches, Pet Parade, Family Fun Fair, Northlands K-Days Talent Search and so much more! Plan to attend one of the several events plus the Pro-rodeo, trade fair, and midway running June 2-5.
Leduc Art Walk
Date: Saturday, July 16, 2022
Location: Leduc Arts Foundry, 4330 Black Gold Dr, Leduc
Save the date this summer! A one-day outdoor gallery and market will take place from 11 am – 6 pm on Main Street, Leduc. Stroll down the street and take-in original, locally handcrafted paintings, photography, pottery, jewelry, wood works and so much more!
